Iyuki stood in the kitchen, sleeves rolled up as he furiously scrubbed dishes. This was too worrisome. Way too worrisome. Muika was late for a second time in a row, yesterday something about a strange man who she had to call an ambulance for and then...

Today. She was 10 minutes late.

Dinner was almost done, he had barely anything he could be doing but cleaning to distract himself and he set the pot on the drying rack for those things that couldn't be washed in the dishwasher. Well the entire kitchen and all dirty dishes used in cooking and baking and prepping were not sparkling clean. If she did not show up soon he would have to start recleaning the living room. For the third time.

Muika had rushed back, breathing a bit heavily as she stood outside to let her breathing calm, once that was settled, those...unnerved feelings returned from earlier.

She still...didn't get it at all...why had she run into him twice now...It left her feeling a bit...weirded out. She just wanted to go home, she was tired of always being late...

Before heading inside, she checked herself for any blood due to hollows. There wasn't a drop on her from the looks of it, thankfully, and when she was sure of that she headed inside and up to the apartment.


She'd gone quiet as she arrived home, the door shutting with a click as her eyes immediately tracked down Iyuki as she spotted him in the kitchen. Home. She was home...now she could just feel nice, relaxed, safe, and not weird....right...just get rid of that unnerved feeling...

Shuddering slightly, being unsuccessful in her attempts to just will it away she approached Iyuki, pulling on his sleeve before promptly....crawling up him from his back. One arm went around his neck while her legs went to his sides, her other hand had moved slightly into his hair.

She had enough body strength to keep herself up without his help. Yes, she was fine here. Safe.

Iyuki was too busy panicking over Muika's being late that he did not in fact notice Muika had returned until he was about ready to call his family and organize a search party.

Feeling a tug on his sleeve as he vigorously stirred the soup, staring at his phone... Before he was promptly turned into a cat tower. Blinking, he pulled the spoon from the pot and set it on its holder before holding Muika's arm to him and leaning his head back slightly. He sparkled just a bit, giving a happy laugh as he recovered from his terror and over reaction and shock. "Welcome home! Did you have a good day at work?"

Muika shook her head, no use lying when she was like this.

"Weird stuff..." She replied, "th...that guy I called an ambulance on yesterday...he showed up at the shop...ready to sleep outside and then said something about being indebted to me and...and..."

She gave a small noise after she'd trailed off, signalling the fact that she was...not happy with that and "Mm..."

That guy seemed intent on keeping to his word too which...further added discomfort.

"...Shall I restraining order him as well?" Iyuki asked politely, a bit worried about someone following Muika. "I can walk you to work tomorrow as well."

She was obviously upset by this predicament and Iyuki couldn't help the small feeling of pleasure that she did not want anyone but him serving her. Though he was way more than her butler now, he still felt those urges...which sometimes Muika let him fufill... Though usual that was only when he ended up still wearing that butler uniform when home.

Patting her arm in what he hoped was a soothing manner, Iyuki then moved to a tray with cookies and picked one up and offered it behind his head. Maybe a sweet would help her?

"...Might help." Muika replied, not even thinking about the obvious problem of him taking her to work, that problem being the signs that literally spelled out for people like them that it wasn't just a bookstore.

Thinking on things like that wasn't something that was working for her right now, she just wanted to relax and forget about...those problems.

Her grip on his shirt tightened a little at the pat, the soothing helping some as he moved. She remained on him easily enough, her eyes moving to his hand as he lifted it to offer her a cookie. Leaning in, she pulled it out of his hand with her mouth leaning back just slightly to not get any crumbs in his hair as she ate it. She gave a small noise after that, signifying a thanks.

"Then I shall walk you to work!" Iyuki was rather excited by this, getting to see where Muika was working and did things. She had seen his workplace, even eaten there a few times when she had a long lunch or got off extra early. He liked when she stopped by.

Feeling her take the Cookie, Iyuki realized she wasn't using her hands at all as she had them both firmly attached to him. A smile broke across his face as his eyes closed, sparkles and flowers radiating from him as he had such a cute girlfriend. "Uwa, cuuute! I wish I could cuddle you. Would you scoot around front please so I may hug you at least?"

Once the cookie had been eaten, her face couldn't help but burn scarlet at his words. C...cute...? Still, at his request, she gave a small nod before shuffling on him, it wasn't particularly difficult, but she wanted to make sure her moving on him wouldn't cause him any discomfort.

Her legs had hooked around him, to keep herself up while her arms remained around his neck. "N-Not cute..." She still had some fight in her on that at least...

Iyuki held still as Muika moved, once she was in position he wrapped his arms around her. The hurt one was healing very nicely, a looser cast that allowed his wrist movement now was in place. He could hold things and do more, including hug decently and this was a significant improvement. Leaning forward, he kissed her forehead.

"You are right. You are not cute. Not just cute at least. You are in fact... THE CUTEST!" Iyuki's smile was wide as he declared this, a small laugh escaping him as he did so.

A small squeak had escaped at Iyuki's declaration, her face reaching burning point before she promptly buried it into his shoulder to hide. She was...was not! Wh...Where did he get off making comments like that!?

Her arms were still wrapped around him, though his comment had made her hold on him tighten, though not painfully so. "N...n..." She trailed off, letting that denial die down before she even finished it.

Iyuki just kissed Muika's head as she hid her red face, a warm smile on his features. She would be like that for a bit, so he went back to checking dinner. Moving to stir the soup, carefully turned away from the burner so she did not get too close, he hummed one of his love songs. She hadn't denied it too strongly...

After a few moments, when he figured she would think she was safe, he whispered into her hair, "Absolute. Cutest."

Muika couldn't even deny, if she denied, he'd compliment stronger, and her face would burn up more. That was how it went, that was how it always went when she actually thought about it. Her face only burned further as he began humming, listening to him as he continued fixing up dinner until...he said...

Blushing furiously, as a retort she lightly bit his shoulder.

Iyuki had figured he had won whatever this was, smiling happily until he felt Muika bite his shoulder lightly. Letting out a soft little whimper, he raised an eyebrow as he turned to look as much as he could. "Muika... That does affect me you know. If you want more I can once dinner is finished cooking."

His hand slid down and with a tiny little smirk Muika couldn't see, he gave her butt a tiny little squish.

Another squeak escaped her, both at his words and his actions. She'd...She'd thought her action would...would be a proper retort, not...!! Her grip tightened momentarily, her face burning to the point where he could probably feel it.

"So cute~" Iyuki's voice was a playful sing song before he laughed again. He felt the heat from her face, glad his words affected her so much. He was feeling particularly happy today, cooking a rather nice dinner for them and...

"You should not get too attached to sex though, I did invite Aito over. I found out his favorites and wish to console him on the loss of his true love to my brother's evil ways. He is bringing the...kitten."

Muika continued hiding, that was, until Iyuki spoke; at the mention of...of him her head shot up. What? What...? What had he just said? He'd invited...

Her face was still burning from the sex comment, but her emotions were rather mixed. Embarrassed because of that, but....Aito....

Iyuki completely ignored Muika's shock. She and her brother did not get along, but that did not mean he wouldn't try to help him too. Besides, Gyouza was the man's favorite. He had wanted to try the family recipe for weeks and finding that out had made things easier.

Having sent the man a text the previous day, he had gotten an affirmative. Humming slightly, he moved back to making sure everything would be done before picking up a cookie and holding it to Muika's mouth. Maybe that would cheer her up?

Before even realizing it, she felt another cookie at her mouth and instinctively she bit down on it, pulling it out of Iyuki's hand before leaning forward again, her chin resting on his shoulder in a heavy pout as she ate the cookie.

With Regalia tucked into his pocket like she usually was, Aito gave a huff as he stood outside the door. Why'd he have to offer gyouza...that was a cruel incentive...

Not giving much of a thought about manners, he reached for the doorknob as if he owned the damn place, finding it unlocked as he walked inside to see...

"This some sort of weird sex thing?" He asked, blinking. If it was he wanted no part of it.

Iyuki felt the grumpy cookie eating and just smiled as more sparkles radiated from him. Muika could be grumpy all she wanted~ He'd make her happy again later.

Turning off the burner he smiled as he heard a voice. "Ah! Welcome back Aito. Please make yourself at home. Muika has just had a rough day and wished to be comforted."

He patted her head soothingly. "Did...you bring the kitten?"

Sparkles positively flew from his bright and happy eyes as he looked at Aito.

"Whatever." He huffed, shutting the door behind him as he walked inside fully, returning Muika's death glaring with a glare of his own; rough day, huh? That meant she was in a fantastic mood.

Turning his attention to Iyuki he held open his coat, the kitten's head sticking out of the inner pocket.

Muika eventually climbed down from Iyuki, though she kept to his side as Aito approached the two.

"Happy playing married I assume?" Aito questioned, his eyes glancing to Muika, smirking as he saw her fists clench. She was holding back so much...wonderful. Let the teasing begin~

Iyuki was sparkling still despite Aito's grumpy words and attempts to rile up Muika. The kitten~ Friendship~ Dinner~

Reaching out, he petted the soft kitten with the most pleased expression. "I do enjoy it quite a bit. Housework suits me. How about you, have you been able to settle down in the past few weeks?"

A pleasant and happy person, he was genuinely please to hear that Aito thought they were married like. He just smiled and asked with real interest about Aito's well being.

If Aito weren't so...surprised dumb at the genuine response he would have had a chance to laugh at Muika's red-faced glare. He'd...The wife had taken it as a genuine question...

Regalia enjoyed the pets, loving attention wherever she could get it.

"I'm fine..." He glanced over at Muika again in time to see her look away; was she...finding amusement from his response? "Shut it, cyclops."

"Hmph..."

"That is good to hear! Oh I was asked to pass these around. My work place is looking for new people, we have had an influx of customers." Reaching behind the fluffy apron with his free hand, he pulled out a flyer and handed it over. His eyes never left the kitten as he smiled. "Can I hold her? I have a pocket she can ride in. She is so fluffy... Her colors match Muika!"

He missed the final comment Aito had said, otherwise he might have gotten upset.

Both Muika and Aito looked at Iyuki rather dumbfounded as he handed Aito flyer. A flyer about..about job offers...?

Aito just gave a nod to Iyuki's question about the cat; whatever...though the comparison pulled both of them out of their shock as their dumbfounded expressions morphed to that of mutual disgust. Aito glancing over to Muika with a glare which she returned with one of her own.

Iyuki's face glowed as he lifted the adorable kitten. Snuggling her to his face, he cooed at her and turned around. Their disgust at each other was missed entirely, knowing his comment was the truth. He moved her to the large pocket on his chest, humming as he moved to finish dinner.

"It is almost ready, let me get the serving dishes prepared. The table is already set, I made sure to get Aito his own dishes." More sparkles showed, he obviously hoped Aito would come visit more often and eat as he moved the food from the cooking pans into the fancier serving plates.
