A Small Cottage in Rukongai

Out somewhere in Rukongai saw a humble little cottage. It's exterior was wooden with a coat of white paint and dark green shutters. It had a large porch that wrapped around most of the house. Just in front of the porch was a small flower bed, with an array of different colored blooms.

The cottage was the home of Norma Higgins. The former captain of the kidou corpse, or squad nine. She had been retired for quite some time, and this is where she chose to live out the rest of her days. Just her and her old cat Percival.
